Responsibilities
AR Caller
Follow-up Calls
: Contact clients for outstanding accounts, negotiate payment plans, and address billing inquiries.
Record Keeping
: Maintain accurate records of communications, payment arrangements, and client interactions.
Issue Resolution
: Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting
: Generate reports on AR activities, outstanding balances, and payment trends.
Admin Coordinator
Office Coordination
: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing supplies and scheduling meetings.
Documentation
: Maintain organized records, including invoices, contracts, and other essential documents.
Communication
: Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Travel and Event Coordination
: Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and organizing company events or meetings.
Requirements
Experience
: Previous experience in AR calling and/or administrative coordination is preferred.
Skills
: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Software
: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
