Responsibilities

Property Valuation: Conduct thorough evaluations of commercial real estate properties, considering factors such as market trends, property condition, and comparable sales.
Market Research: Stay abreast of local and national real estate market trends, providing valuable insights to support accurate valuations.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and other relevant financial data to determine the value of commercial properties.
Report Generation: Prepare detailed and well-documented valuation reports, presenting findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to understand their valuation requirements and address any inquiries.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all valuation processes.
Property Inspections: Conduct on-site inspections of commercial properties to gather relevant data for accurate valuations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including analysts and junior executives, to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial real estate valuation, with at least 3+ years of relevant work experience.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using real estate valuation software and tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
Professional certifications (e.g., MAI, MRICS) are a plus.
